Some Swedish tv-series need to be watched, this is one of them; a horror story that aired on SVT in 2003: De drabbade (The affected) The slogan for the tv-series was a eye catcher from the beginning:

A nameless power sweeps in over Scandinavia, two women representing the good & the dark side and a few chosen people find themselves having supernatural powers. Eventually they make a choice, they use their powers for good or for evil which leaves them to be collected from the two women after their act is done. Two armies are slowly growing in numbers. But for what battle? While the chosen ones are facing their newfound powers and the choices that comes with them, a woman in Finland is affected by a need to kill the chosen ones no matter what side they chose. What is her role in the upcoming battle?

The series focus on the chosen ones with the supernatural abilities and their choices which seals their fate. What are the two womens roles for the future?
